Die Stadt Vilshofen an der Donau ist rund 15, die Dreifl\u00fcssestadt Passau 27 Kilometer entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Entwicklung:<\/p>\n<p>Eging, erstmals im 14. Jahrhundert als \u201eEhaft-Taverne\u201c urkundlich erw\u00e4hnt, wurde 1953 zum Markt erhoben. In den folgenden Jahrzehnten setzte Eging auf Qualit\u00e4t bei Wohnen, Arbeiten und Freizeit. Ma\u00dfgeblich f\u00fcr diese Entwicklung war 1975 die Anlage des Rohrbachsees (heute Eginger See) und 1981 der Bau des Kurhauses mit Bewegungsbad (heute Sonnen-Therme). Aus Eging wurde Eging am See: eine attraktive Tourismus- und Wohngemeinde mit zukunftssicheren wohnortnahen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen.
