Der Markt Tittling ist drei und Passau 25 Kilometer entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Geschichte:<\/p>\n<p>Die ehemalige Hofmark Witzmannsberg ist alter Adelssitz. Ihre Besitzer sind seit 1310 urkundlich erw\u00e4hnt. Der zum Schloss umgebaute Landsitz brannte im \u00f6sterreichischen Erbfolgekrieg ab. Es blieben ein Kupferstich von Michael Wening und die Sch\u00f6nheit der Natur. Witzmannsberg nutzte dieses Potential.
